Just been on the phone to a company I work with quite regularly, I have always had a good relationship with them and there are the obvious perks, the odd game of golf, a bottle at x-mas and a hospitality day here and there.

However we were discussing holidays, now the company director has a 5 bedroom villa in the Algarve, I have been told if I want to get me and the gf flights then I can have it for a couple of weeks in the summer

Is this maybe crossing the line between perk and being a bit corrupt? I really want to go

Flights are £135 return so Two weeks in the Algarve in August for £270

Would it be unethical to rent the other 4 rooms to my friends for a small fee? That way I wouldn't have to worry about spending money either

Its all totally unethical... however if you are comfortable with it then go for it but perosnally Id at the very leats run it past the FD or similar to prevenmt it biting you in the arse at a later date
