Either the FA/PL are going to back up the findings of the arbitration hearing or they are going to have to come out and say that the findings of the arbitration hearing are flawed and undermine the whole process

TBH its not the players that are in trouble, its the club for how they brought both of them in, and considering how only one of them really ever played its being named after him.

TBH the person who should be blamed is whoever at WHU didnt do the deal properly...be it the legal team, the MD, whoever. Their was a perfectly fine legal way to get it done (see both Masch deal to Liverpool and Tevez to United) and they just didnt do it right.

When you first signed the two you failed to give them the full details on the deal, this mostly came to light when we signed Masch and is the reason our CEO gave evidence against you at the first inquiry.
