Hello,

Im in the middle of fitting a lexmaul style inlet manifold to my corsa sport, i have taken the top part of the old inlet off, the battery and the resevoir, but i dont have a clue how to get the black air feed off that runs behind the engine?!??! please help!!

You shouldnt need to if its a Lexmaul inlet mate.

Do you mean the Mantzel style inlet?

Guys i have it all fitted but the car is reving hard by itself!! it would idle at 3500rpm!!! HELP!!

Either theres a Air Leak or your Idle Control Valve is either not plugged in Properly or it is Fucked.

Mines doing the Exact same at the Min and thats what mine is.Im not 100% on this but you may have to get the ICV Reset/Reprogrammed?(Basic Setting)Dont quote me on this though.
But its just mine was Nakered(Rev'ed slighty on its own) then i Unpluged it to try to fit a new one but they gave me the wrong one,So i put it all back together then it rev'ed to 3.5-4k(All the Time,On its own)
So thats why i think they might need some kind of Settings done Etc

Mine was Air leak when it did this. Start it up and push down hard on the box and the revs should drop as you should create a better seal.
