FFS. Im so pissed off its untrue.
Ordered some UGGs for the GF for Xmas, and after a stupidly long and not as advertised delivery time i finally recieved the "ugg" boots today and? Yup they are not genuine UGG Australia boots.
Now being a hetrosexual man and not a raving homme im not 100% up on the ins and outs of real and fake. Was sent a bunch of websites by girl mates to buy them from, checked them all out, used google too and came back with this one:
http://www.uggbootshop.com.au/
Looked professional and the best out the lot, with advertised shortest delivery time. Other presnets had fallen thru and this was something i needed to get done and being xmas i had little time to do it. So went ahead ordered them.....
THEY ARE NOT FUCKING REAL UGG BOOTS> yet they cost EXACTLY the same as real ones.
FFS
They dont have a returns policy and now re-checking their website, they display in tiny tiny tiny small print that they dont sell "decker" products. Well thats great if you know that Decker own UGG Australia. If you dont, How was i supposed to know?!
Not sure what to do now as their returns policy states that unless faulty they do not have a returns agreement. This is so sly and cunning, but due to purchasing abroad (autralia) what rules apply? Am i fucked?
£90 out fo pocket for some Ugg boots that turned up late and are shit.
I feel like flying to Auz and smacking the cunt that makes these straight in his fosters drinking 'roo slaying teeth.
Help.

I read on another site, that all items you buy online have to be returnable.
True or not, I don't know.

True Joe, distance selling act, you get 14 days to send it back iirc, whatever it is.
Might not apply international though.

My bro could have brought you some back for next to nothing, apparently in Oz they have little UUG huts that they sell them from at the side of the road.

Yes, a strongly worded email to that fine member of society who is selling fake goods passing them off as real will work

taken from their FAQ
quote: Are your ugg boots genuine Australian made uggs?
We only sell 100% Australian made products. All our products including ugg boots, slippers, thermals and accessories are made in Australia. We don't sell products that are made in China. These boots are not UGG Australia Branded boots which are made in China. These boots are hand made using GRADE A natuaral sheepskin grown in Australia.
Our boots have the manufacturers UGG label on the rear of the boot. We have numerous suppliers due to the demand of these boots.
get the stiching unpicked mate.

TBH email them and see what they say, you may get lucky, but I seriously doubt you'll even get a reply.
Your creditcard will be your best bet.

there is no way they will refund you as it clearly says in the FAQ that they are not the genuine UGG Australia boots.
