how do i by-pass this as i want more room in the bay and while i have my engine out i might aswell get rid of this

To do it properly while the engine is out you have to weld the hole in the exhaust manifold that will be left when you take the valve off the manifold (the silver thing with the round top)
Easily done

Or fit an aftermarket exhaust mani. That's when i removed all that crap.

Sorry to Hi-Jack but what do you Block the Hole up with?Also will it bring the EML Light on?

But is there no Wires etc?Surely the Eml Light will be constantly on?
Also this will not Effect the running of the Car Etc?

I took this off mine and didn't even cover the hole and everything worked fine.

Removed mine a few weeks ago, used a small plate to cover hole exposed when I fitted a janspeed , you will not get eml coming on and the car will run no better or worse its just cosmetic. ok so it warms the cat up and its green and helps save the planet etc, still binned mine

mine is a bit more tidy now since I took this photo, why are you taking the engine out or have I missed a post about this ? , you should think about fitting a powerbox of some sort a well worth mod that does not cost to much.

took my a/c and the valve stuff off the manifold...the air con pump weighs enough itself
