i am on a contract phone with orange but i can have a update phone on the 21st of jan. i had to take my N95 in about two weeks ago as i could only speak to people on loudspeaker. So took the car to CPWH and they took it in to be fixed. Well got the phone back last monday and still got the problem. so i was wondering will they let me have my update phone early. Just incase its happened to any of you lot?

Probably not, might just replace the one you have. Unless you flash your eyelids at the spotty teenager behind the counter.

dont see any reason why not.
when i upgraded they never asked for the old phones back

I upgraded a month early...they sent the phone the day I called and started my new contract (Orange) from the date my current one at the time ran out.

you can upgrade 3months before the end of your contract, if the 21st is your early upgrade point you will not be able to upgrade ealrier than that whatever the reason.

at vodafone you can upgrade 2 months before the actual due date, then online or over the phone you can do it 2 months and 10 days before..probably different for orange though
