I just snapped my house key in the lock When you live in a flat with one door in/out thats a problem.

Was about to phone emergency locksmith out when my old man turned up with a piece of wire he had just that second fabricated up out of whatever he found on the garage floor & promptly pocked the half a key out the lock.

Old man skillz

What would you do if your flat had central locking with a key fob but you ran out of batteries and the previous owner de-locked it?

Dad's ftw

If he hadn't found something on the garage floor he'd have clearly had something in his man drawer especially for the occasion a key got snapped in a lock.

I did this in the summer

My old man saved the day too Poped the front of the lock off and got some pliers to pull out the rest of the key.
