How much time would it save compared to a traffic free M6 Non-Toll?

Was tempted to use it but is the £4.50 really justified?

Only time i would and have used it is when its rush hour or an accident on the non toll bit.

Awesome road to get a bit of speed up. Hardly anyone on it

Its worth it just because you can keep a steady speed. Can sit at whatever speed you want and generally you don't have to take your foot off the gas unless you want to.

Every time I've ever used it there's not been any traffic. Mind you I've no need to use it now seeing as I live relatively near it so can just take some back roads to avoid the Brum part of the M6.
