is there a guide to removing this so i can fit a 4 branch manifold or if i took pics could users point out what i have to do to get rid of it

When you come to fit a new manifold thats the hard bit, just remove the sai parts its very easy 10 min job, blank the manifold hole where the sai part was fitted, then remove the rest of it very easy.

Are you getting your egr valve mixed up with your sai ? what engine are we talking about.

x16xe removing the sai so i can get a 4 branch manifold fitted, im told i remove everythnig up to the sensor on the passengerside suspension turret and i have to block the vahcum pipe

so i block it off at the manifold remove the lot and block off the pipe at the sensor at the suspension turret
