as above would it be the airflow meter? it never used to do this if u keep it revved it goes away and go es back 2 normal how the car should run any ideas thanks

Remove the pipe to the icv, squirt ample amounts of carb claener down it follwed by some clean oil.
Are you loosing any water, i have seen how a blown inlet manifold gasket can cause it to miss from cold but clear once warm.

nah loosing no water mate i have cleaned the icv out had it off the lot prob just need a new one
