My contract runs out on the 8th of march, rang up tonight to see what they can do but they told me to ring back on the 8th of march...
Thought you were able to cancel/change your contract a month or so beforehand...

3 have been ringing me all month about it. Try ringing the end of Feb/beginning of March.

IIRC its 1month before with o2, however i think they are cutting down/prolonging upgrades last time i heard.
Ring them again
