Still waiting for the £120 refund for an arden blue painted gsi bumper which I cancelled my order for and for which he promised a refund.
Cheque cleared on the 3rd March 2008
He sent me my refund over paypal like promised last year, but then immediately, paypal held the transaction and then reversed it. Turned out HE cancelled it.

You can put a claim in to Paypal to claim for products not recieved, or recieved but not as described.
99.9% of the time, Paypal refunds the buyer and the seller has to then refund Paypal.

Thanks mate, but I didn't pay over paypal, at the time he said he didn't use it, so had to send a cheque.

I tried the Small Claims Court route but it turned out I couldn't get the bailiffs on him as the amount owed was below £500.
They also had a big cock up on their system meaning I could no longer do it online because they lost the case link meaning it descended to forms and things travelling back and forth in the post; basically becoming a total mess.

Just been reading the old threads by him in which he claims his dad walked out and left him in a bad position in March 2008 and that is why he couldn't post messages telling people the truth.
Then read again his u2u to me which says that one of his parents moved out three years ago, ie. January 2006.
So he's either lying to me, or he lives in a detached house with three cars on the path on his own.
This is after he lied to me about not being Woodward in u2us from the cooper20s03 account.
I think he thinks I'm stupid.
