Just received my replacement N96 for my faulty C902
They sent me a jiffy bag to return my faulty C902 back to them
There is also a letter in the box that says
"As phones are valuable, we'll need to apply a charge of £50.00 to your account if it is not returned to us within 14 days of the date of this letter."

So does that mean if i decide not to return the C902 and give it to the Mrs, o2 will just charge me £50 for it?

Or is the £50 just if i return it after the 14 days, and il be charged about £300 for not sending the phone back!!??

By the sound of it they'll charge you £50 for not returning it in 14 days, then i'd imagine pursue you for the phone again or remainder of the value.

Yeah thats what im worried about.
The amount of "£50" is handwritten on the letter, the rest just looks like a standard letter they use as my name is handwritten in at the top too.
Just wondered it £50 is all its worth to them?

If it's faulty, send it back. If it's not faulty, don't replace it with a N96?

Can anyone from O2 confirm this?

Phone isnt totally buggered, just switches off / crashes every now n again

Phone up customer service and ask them. How long you had the c902?

Bout a month, this is my 4th C902 now

Will phone them up and ask, bit cheeky but never mind!
