Got a thing called latitude where you can track all your friends who have accepted the latitude invitation and can track where they are

Was in the papers the day after it was released with headlines along the lines of 'spy in your pocket'

You have to go into google maps, turn it on, add people who can see you to a list then select not to turn it off when leaving maps.

I think it's quite a good idea, especially with the non gps location thing, although i'm not quite sure how many people will actually use it.

You can try it out with yourself, or you could, my igoogle says latitude has been blocked in my country.

I just went on my phone browser, went to google.co.uk and types googlemaps and it came up to download
