does anyone know where i would find information on, if a company pays shift allowance for working 4 different rotating shifts - how much it should be? its been set at the same amount for years...should it not go up?

iv googled it but not found a lot? only that the university of birming pays its support staff 23% of your salary if your work the same shifts as us - which for me would be a substantial rise at well over double what i get now
