I wouldnt be surprised if one of those 2 writen off arctics was this lads.

Ive seen people having absolutelly no regard for the car they own before, usually because 1. its under warranty & 2. they wont be keeping it up to a point when its causing problems.

Apparently my old boss took his Lambo on a shooting trip when the range rover was in the garage.........had it through fields & all sorts Apparently he just shrugged it off laughing saying it was due to be traded in soon anyway!! Money speaks volumes in this case though!!

don't need to run a new car in.

i do/did the same to mine. woud i fuck wait 1000 miles or so sitting under 4k rpm

and ESP would've been turned off otherwise it wouldn't let the car bounce off the limiter.

If I bought a new car Id rather thrash it's tits off whilst it's still under warranty than end up with it buggered outside the warranty period

Most salesmen will explain that a new car needs a good beating anyway

I don't really see anything wrong with what that lads doing in the vid. He's not revving the tits off of it, the car park is empty and it's his problem if he knocks it into a lamp post or something daft.

it's hitting the limiter becaus it's losing traction, he's not doing 7k rpm in first gear doing 30mph or anything.

Wheelspining with the wheels turned isnt good for the CV joints either. i dont exactly drive my cars with maximum respect but, i just think what hes doing is a daft thing to do, and by the lads reaction at one point, it seems he was rather close to doing something wrong.

That's how I bent the rear axle on my corsa. Couldn't imagine you could get a new rear beam for one of them for 50 quid down the scrappy though.

Yes, for less than a second. You could sit the engine on the limiter for a month non stop and it still wouldn't break.
