but if it's reached paypal, I believe you are guarenteed to get the money... so despite pending for you to withdraw the money, you should have it and can post the items.

Paypal hold the money untill the buyer leaves good feedback, stop people dispursing the money if they are ripping people off. Good idea in my eyes. If someone conned me and i put in a claim but couldnt get my money back because they had emptied their account id be pissed off.

It is all to stop people ripping people off, you will be out of pocket slightly but as soon as the buyer leaves feedback paypal release it into your account. I know its a bit annoying bu tyou can see why they do it
