Said its not worth doing "ally stuff works out silly exspensive so not really worth doing, and at you level of engine you would not see any gains from doing to."

Hi mate
I made all kinds of pipe work.
Like i told you in the txt, i can make stuff out of ally but works out silly exspensive.
People use ally pipe as it soaks up heat from the air as it passes threw and on high level engines every bit which helps heat is worth doing.
On your engine it isent worth the massive extra cost to see no gains at all.
Where is you have a 1000+bhp engine which is running 3 bar of boost then defo go for ally

I make all my pipe work out of 316 stainless and all is mandrel bent, I can make them out of any size pipe out like.

Having custom pipes dosent work out cheap mind you, to give people an idea of prices so then you get a feel for things (rought prices) -

2.5" 90 bend - 13
2" 90 bend - 6.50
lengh per meter - (about) 20
Samco Joiner - (about) 10 each
Gas and Wire - 30

So average 2.5" setup can take 8 bends and say 1m lenght, then 4 samco joiners
So on a 2.5 setup it would cost around 194 WITHOUT any labour

They fit perfect and look the bollox mind you

Some photos of my work

Also make Exhaust systems so any spec(CLET Downpipe)...

hope this helps
