People really need to use some common sense and get addresses and phone numbers before paying for something. Also it is a bit stupid sending payment through paypal as a gift as you jave no comebacks. If you pay it as a direct bank transfer then you have the persons bank details so if anything illegal has gone on it is easier for the police ot investigate. Also, scammers are more reluctant to give out their bank details.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
