What I can't figure out is, when John gets off that helicopter that has landed on the T-800 he fires off his M4 and it pentrates the metal, now forgive me for being a geek but in the previous film a 5.56mm round wouldn't have penetrated the metal of a T-800.

That's a T-600. Marcus will be the first T-800 I reckon. Also, the future war date was 2029 wasn't it? Maybe the armour was weaker before that.

Different shoulder setup too.

I wish they hadn't included the "you think you're human bit", as it gives a lot away.

that tail bit of robot looks like the one off transformers when it moves around when they take it back to base to look at
