Have mentioned on here before about my friends long battle with cancer
unfortunately it came back and is terminal
In the last 6 months he has been trying to raise money and awreness for CLIC seargent and Tennage cancer trust
He had a big party and prize auction 6 months ago and is wanting to have another event to raise awareness for the local comunity
We are planning having a sponsored walk to the comunity hall then a fun fair type day then a pub quiz later on at night
We are needing ideas for fun games
thinking along the lines of beat the goalie
throwing wet sponges
chippig golf balls into a pale
need some ideas for fun games for kids and adults

At my uni they did a 'UH World Records' book, where there were different competitions where the highest scorer would go into the book.
Things like wii bowling, keep - ups, press - ups that sorta thing.
Some of the girls also did pants for poverty

In drama at college we were in groups and had to try and build the highest tower we could out of 1 sheet of newspaper and a roll of duck tape. Was a good laugh, quite challenging too Hit all age groups

how about having a word with bar manager and say throughout the night if a drink is £2.00 or watever add 20p onto each drink. so the drink is £2.20 but 20p is donated to your charity...
500 drinks @ £2.20 = £100 profit.
