I had been on the hunt for the orig copy of the QFX album and found on ebay!
I have just got the cd throo the post but its a copy and i paid £11 for it too  nothing states on the ebay add that it would be a copy and its a picture of the orig album too!
Where do i stand also didnt think you were aloud to sell copys on ebay!

Did it originally come out as a proper pressed album or was it made in somebody's bedroom and they were all 'copies'?
There is nothing in that advert to suggest it's not an original though.

Theres no cover or anything its been made in the bedroom, come with just a disk and a plastic wallet,
for £12 odd you would think it would be the orig surely?

I can't find much but on google images the 2 freedom discs it shows aren't pressed ones.

unless it can be proved that this album was actually released as a pressed disc (as John states), then there is nothing that can be done.
If you can find another source for an actual pressed disc, open a dispute with ebay/paypal stating its counterfeit and go from there.

Pissed off!
I have a copy too the only reason i bought as i wanted to have the orig as its a hard cd to get hold of
Ive email'd ebay will see what they say!

They do come as pressed disks, I know someone that has the orig and his was pressed.

claim on paypal you will get a refund, ebay ban the selling of copied disks, regardless.

The lad has 1360 feedbacks and it's 100% positive.
Not even a neutral.
I think it's safe to assume the disks he sells are not pressed so he can reel off as many copies as he likes.
Not a bad idea actually

Yeah its a no bad idea but the price of copys is shocking
Id do them at £3odd and would still make some cash monies from that

thank you for your enquiry, i am a bit confused as to why you think this is a copy when the disc comes direct to us from mo,s music machine who are the original distibutors of the original album, what about the album is it that think makes it a copy. we do not get involved or endorse any copying of discs of any kind. if you check through our feedback we have sold many of these discs.
