Can someone nip out & measure a corsa b tilt & slide sunroof?

Please measure the gap size, not the glass size.

I would, but mine is like 15 miles away locked up in my dads garage, need to get a carbon sheet, but dont know what size i need.

Oh, one last measurement please!

Can someone measure the gap between the edge of the sunroof hole to the plastic bits for the roof rack, and from the front edge to the edge of the windscreen rubber.

All will become clear!

Oh, and again, i have no access to my car until next week & need this ordering asap!

Another 50p to be had here!

Don't worry about it mate, Only takes a minute to do.

From edge of sunroof to top of windscreen is 21cm.
From side of sunroof to edge of roof trim is 4.7cm each side.
In case you needed it from the back of the sunroof to the back edge of the roof is 76.5cm

I should point out the measurement to the top of the windscreen was taken in the middle point as it's shorter than 21cm towards the ends of the windscreen as the line curves.

Thats the plan, though i've spoken to mike at performance trim, and im now looking at getting carbon doorcards & stuff now

I blame you.

Yep, xe, just a few bits, sbd manifold, 2.25" system, cams, verniers, ported head.

Cant wait to drive the bugger, but got a hole in my roof at the min

That's pretty much my engine spec. Where did you get the SBD manifold from? I'm on the look out for one at the moment.

Terry, i got it 2nd hand, was quite the bargain, got it heat wrapped now too.

Fazza, deffo going for a carbon sheet, just waiting on hearing from Mike @ PT, will drop you a pm when i hear mate.

Just the hole, PT do a carbon skin, but out of my budget, the part im looking at will be around 100quid i think.

Go on then i'll volunteer.
It's about 89.5cm. I'd overestimate slightly in all measurements if I were you so you get the right size and trim it if required

This is for the cross bracing that will go from corner to corner, so needs to be accurate matey.

So, so far we have...

Hole in roof...

Length 83cm
Width 44cm
Diagonal corner to corner 89.5cm
