how are you struggling?

I used std Cav hose with a few bends/joins. Was a few cm to small if im honest, popped off ocasionaly

same as rupean. just some random bits of pipes welded together with silicone joiners where needed.

Get a large universal cooler and a universal hardpipe kit from the bay

Should see change from £400 and plenty of kit there to do a good job

well yes, but if you do get universal pipe kit, throw the joiners that comes with it away. theyre not even good enough quality to piss on.

i have 2.5 inch boost pipes but the fmic outlets are 2.25 inch so i need to fit a reducer there and the bend

also how have you done the pipe to go back into the bottom of the turbo

its just a case of getting bits of pipe to fit together like a giant lego set till one end meets the other. you will need reducers though. it shouldnt be that hard. 2x 90 degree reducers either side of the intercooler to back past the ends of the rad.

alright matey.. mines just a frontera cool as it all fits without hacking the bumper mate. 3 x 90 deg from turbo to cooler and a modified cally one from plenum to cooler. jobs a guden
although im going to have to same head ache when the T3 goes on
