Its a management accounting question involving apportionment and allocation of the overhead absorption rate, i cant help him with cos he cant get a copy of the question to me until monday

Imo it's quite good as it is, £20/month, unlimited texts and 200 mins, but it's 24 months. Get a Nokia 5800 though

Don't suppose there's anything you can do now it's in the pipelines
