Anyone changed one? just wondering how much of the dash you gotta take out to get to it.

if you wana remove it you dont need to take the dash out, if you want to replace it you do

i replaced my heater matrix in my '93 B without taking the dash out

i was just letting him know that it wasnt necessary to take the dash out of my car to change the matrix, whereas the above have said you need to take all dash out, in which case there must be a different design for some corsas. all had to do was remove some plastic trim from behind where the stereo is and also a plastic guard surrounding the matrix itself. if you have a haynes manual it should illustrate which parts you need to remove

i jusy used a ball pein hammer to get mine out without taking the dash out and left it out! light wieght
