need to replace a door, at the momet it has central locking(also alarm), and speakers in it, how do i just swap the doors over? do i ideally need one already with central locking?

take the old one off and replace the new one in reverse

dead easy if you get one with central locking. its just 2 pins and a electrical connection that screws and pulls off. id recommend getting someone to help as the are heavy and akward.

yeh and change the locks. 2 10 mm bolts

two pins with the hinges. tap them up and out with a hammer and screwdriver.
then tap them back in on the new door.

yea unless its rusted solid...took me ages to tap mine out

make sure youve got plenty of WD40 handy

i thought you needed a propper tool to get the pins out, if i dont then wtf hasnt my door been changed in the past 6 months

hammer and a sharp chisle will get it out.

did my nsf door today which was a bit of a git as its soooo fooking heavy i quite amazed at its weight, now i know why the guys track daying them whip out the internals put perspecs for glass then take out the crash bars..

if u take the bonnet lifter arm thingy off it fite PERFECTLY into the pins

You just pop it in and tap it out and it will be sweet as

not a bad job
