The Brooks, iirc it's a member of the small leading hotels in the world. Just round the corner from Graffton Street.
I stayed there new years a few years back. The fried breakfast is to die for.

This is a really nice hotel that I stayed in last Oct. http://www.morrisonhotel.ie/ Its 320 euro for the night though on the dates you need. Apparently its where the celeb's stay and some of the suites are sold out already so thats a sign that there are some staying there already. Its on the river side opposite Temple Bar as well

We stayed in the Days Inn. Was an okay basic hotel. Its very central, literally a couple minutes walk from O'Connell Street

I've stayed in the Lynam a couple of times. Really good hotel, wee bit of a walk to the Temple bar but nothing more than 10 mins. Dublins cracking, bit pricey though
