i have some 17cm JBL speakers in my door and to be honest they are not that great for listening to music loud, nor very good for bass cant handle it.

Alpine Type R's are good. But you'll need door builds as magnets hit the window

best components ive had personally were phoenix gold, couldnt fault them atall.

best ive heard, id say between focal and cdt audio. money is the key tho and how far do you want to go with the system?
