I want to leave someone negative feedback on ebay. The person has already left me a Neutral feedback. If I leave him a negative one now can he change his to fuck me over?
Just want to make sure im not going to end up with a negative feedback score before I do it

If he has left you neutral, then you must me the seller as he will have the options of pos, neg or neutral. You as the seller will only be able to give him positive

Well its pretty much sorted now mate. I got the wheels back last night. not in the condition I sold them in mind but I couldnt be bothered with it anymore so just gave them their money back.
Reason I wanted to leave him negative feedback was because he did nothing but lie throughout the paypal dispute and sent me some emails that were bang out of order.
Made me laugh though. He didnt have the guts to return the wheels to me himself after talking to me like a piece of shit. He got his girlfriend to bring them back instead  What an idiot!
