if you've been hurt and its lasting, you should claim. Good to hear you're ok.
edit - have you been checked over by a hospital/doctor?

Don't delete them texts
If your really hurt, claim.
Don't do it if your not because at the end of the day we are only human, everyone makes mistakes.
Prehaps pop down your doctors or NHS walk-in-centre and get a quick checkup.

get to A&E mate. you may not feel that badly injured but it's peace of mind plus if you claim it will make it a lot easier.

Go to A&E m8 and checked out. Internal bleeding can cause all sorts of issues even if you feel fine at the moment.

My question to you is why did you stop to let the bus out anyway? Was he pulling out a bus-stop or a give way road? But hope your ok mate, do get yourself checked out. And if the guy keeps texting you not to claim tell him you want a brand new scooter for free.

Road law is to let the busses out, so if the bus was indicating, he was actually doing the right thing. Rover driver is driving without due care and attention.
Inform your insures, pop to the doctors at the least. You were hit and should not be responsible for the repairs to your bike.
And i've been hit from behined, not nice, so glad your ok.

Anyone else think it was an OAP when they read the title?
Get to A&E asap.
Look what happened to Liam Neesons wife and she felt fine after her accident.
