Beyond the joke now and need some advice, maybe even a solicitor as i've had enough.
Kids between the age of 4 and 12 coming into the front gardens where the drive ways are running around, with footballs, prams and bikes etc. You chase the kids but they come back time and time again. I've chased them a dozen times today at least.
Now, some of the houses in our street are owned and some are part of Liverpool Housing Trust. I've spoken with LHT who have circulated a letter around to ask parents to keen their children out of the gardens. This works for a couple of days and then it all starts again.
I've not approached any of the parents as some look right dodgy characters. However, some of the decent families do call their kids out of the garden and chase them away from the cars.
What else can we do? Their are 4 cars and a van in our household - i have a flat next door to my parents house. The van and two of the cars are kept on the driveway to try and keep nice.

MOVE!!!
Seriously though I had this problem at my back as theres a lane between the back gardens. 6ft fence stopped them coming in. Probably not an option for the front tho. You do understand they probably only return because you chase them?

to be honest if it was me and i have had a similar problem but on a smaller scale, it was next doors little boy and mates playing football and using half my front fence as the goal which broke it in 2 places, eventually after popping balls and kicking them over other houses deaming them lost they stopped and went down the street......
but if it was me i would firstly probably coat top of the fence in grease or something and i would just do stuff like pick up there bike and just start riding round on it that will get em out

I would return time and time again to piss you off and run away from you if i was a kid. Don't you think that's a more fun game to them than kicking a ball about? You never tommy knock as a kid? same principal.
Quit you're moaning and go and have a kick about.

Don't be a poof about it, if they know you don't like it they'll do it more. That's what kids do.

Buy a big fuck off nasty dog.
Is it your fault that the poor child walked into your garden and got ripped to pieces by it?

Paracites stick to things that let them, if they are hassling you for a second time or more it's because you don't have the tools to get rid of them.
You will have to hope they get bored or grow to like you.

starts to really piss me off this...
telling them not to play there helps fora day or two, then they come back....

That's my problem, little bikes and prams etc. A ball is not going to do that much damage from a 10 year old. But metal objects are going to cause scratches if not worse.
They are just kids but if i didn't mind marks all over my motor then it would be parked on the road. Plus, they are on our land.
We mush have 45k worth of motors outside and should be treated with a little respect by those who live around us.
