whats need for me to fit equal lenth shafts on my corsa with c20let. i know ill need to fit the big block hubs to accept the big block c.v's but what size shafts would i need to buy to make these work? cheers scott

Off topic mate, but Lee Wilson has just taken shafts off an XE Calibra that are equal length if any of the parts are good to you.

All I did to fit mine was machined out Corsa knuckle with Astra mk3 hub and Golf syncro bearing. Everything else was original shaft and F20.

no simple way of making these fit then? im sure jamesvalver fitted some but no longer see him online??

Assuming the Outer CV joint is the same as a standard big block shaft then fitting the Chris Astley joint would work. That would keep your standard hub.

this shud help
i would advise cutting another ring further into the shaft for the cv clip to sit further onto as the the shaft will push onto the bearing slightly and you wont have the correct plunge

But the equal length shaft is meant for big block hubs, It won't fit a Corsa that's not been modified to use big block shafts.
If your car is setup for big block shafts then yes the equal length shaft will bolt straight in.

so basically all thats needed is big block hubs and then both the shafts i have will go straight on ?
