I've just phoned up to get a PAC code, reason being the other week they wanted to charge me £350 for a C905! 
Explained I'd spoken to 2 people on seperate days and they both quoted between £300-£350, woman said she would see what she could do and I've ended up with....

Thats the way to do it, I phone up for my PAC code everytime I get close to the end, get straight through to retention and say i've seen a better deal (then tell them best deal you can find that suits you.) has to be near end of contract or they don't play ball i've found.
