ive always been against the n series but quite like the n96.
Im a band 5 upgrade on orange so can have pretty much anything i want.
what would you guys recommend?

Don't think I'll go back to N series simply for the poor build quality and the fact I'm an alcoholic don't mix.

Im in the same boat as you, although I'm waiting for the N97
Check out the nokia E71, dont think thats touchscreen

I have the N96 and its not to bad, camera is ok if you can get a pic withouhg moving it and the playback is good.
Battery life is not the best when you have bluetooth on and wifi, along with other stuff going on.
Not complaining as it was free
