I have just filled in the online form and it said nothing about picking it up do i have to send away and then pay for postage. can anyone help me please thanks

they will send you an email, inside the email an address label, print this label out and stick it to the box.
next ring the number listed in the email address and arrange for it to be picked up at your house.

Dont stick it to the box. The UPS driver has a waterproof label holder which attaches to the box. Make sure the box is unlabled also (so you can't tell what's inside).
After you recieved the emails with the reciept and Label, print both off and phone 08457 877 877. Tell them you have a label and you would like to arrange a collection from your house.
Done.

Just what I was told from UPS, they told me it was a requirement of pickup. They might be some dodgy fuckers in the sorting office I guess.

Yes
Think it needs to have been bought within a certain amount of time though.. Although i aint heared of anything be rejected

Within 3 years i think on the website it said "standard warrenty expired but it fell under the 3 year warrenty for the red ring problem"
Just this second got the xbox contact centre email that they have got it so not long now.
