Give me about a month and my three will be in my boot with seats still there.

I have two in my old Punto so cant wait to add the three to my new car.

3 would work and not be that difficult but they wouldnt be in their optimum sized enclosure.
all subs have a specific size box that they will need to get the best out of them, this wouldnt be possible with 3 12s in a corsa but you could get them in

Um, there should be enough volume in a corsa boot to do it with optimum boxes, but obviously depending on the box type you use and how handy you are with your maths and box building.

It depends entirely on what subs you use, some 12" subs work in a box as small as 1 cubic ft. And some 10" in 0.75cubic ft. These are sealed box sizes. If you use a ported box then the box will have to be bigger.
Plenty of room in a corsa boot for 3 x 12" subs. Ive still got my rear seats and in my box could fit 8 12" subs. In a corsa boot, with the seats in the correct positions and original parcel shelf, theres room for a 6 cubic foot box.
