I went for a consultation at Optical Express and they wanted £1300 (I think) an eye from me. My prescription is -2.25 with nothing particulary out the ordinary.
£795 doesnt sound much for their Wavefront Intralase treatment.
Have you had a consultation and is that what they quoted you?
Apparantly Ultralase are doing some good deals now.

Indeed Russ indeed.
I was reasonably happy with my quote of £2595 for both eyes.
I am waiting till after September now though when my salary triples so I can pay it off in one go.

I haven't had it done yet. Going back in September but I might try Ultralase too this time.
Quoted me £1695 per eye. My eyes are really really bad, basically blind without my contacts

im interested to know the differences between prices?
I was under the impression that the Lasik surgery corsa nut went for was the best and only cost £1500?
Or is the price dependant on your vision?
*btw* do the consoltations cost anything?

I've had it done last year. Went for the most expensive, but easily the best money i've ever spent
Just took my brother for his consultation. He's getting his eyes done next week.

Consultations are normally free. Takes a couple of hours with the tests they do though.
