oki looking at buying a astra mk4 sxi
a black 1.6, around 54 plate, looking at geting gsi front and rear
whats the deal with the skirts? is it just the black painted?
rear spoiler, headlight brows 40mm lowered and a set of 17/18`s
anyone got any opinions ? ideas?

maybe look into an irmscher kitted sri 1.6 a lad i used to work with had one a looked amazing especially as it was in black

They are 100% KEI Force 10's
Gsi skirts are totally different to normal skirts.
The normal skirts look alright painted up, but if your going for the gsu look you'll need the skirts and spats.
wheel wise, it'll be 4 stud so no vxr rims for you, I;d reccomend, force 10's. masitaly vt7's or pro race 1.2's
Tbh your better off with a 5 stud set-up, gives you more scope for future mods, brakes/engine conversion etc etc
You checked out Insurance on a 1.8? they're just the same as a 1600 corsa.

yeah a suppose your right enuf there mate
erm no i haven't looked, i was thinkin just stick with the 1.6 cheaper to run etc looking for just looks and comfort realy,
garage will be up soon so will have a project on the go so silly spec will be on that rather than the astra
i cant find any skirts anywhere
i got told about the irmisher kit? anyone got any pics or links so i could see it?

the irmy skirts are similar to the standard one painted up, like those above, they just stick out more an have another line in them. personally i think the standard ones look better painted up than the irmy ones, but id get some gsi or sri ones as they look much better

Quite hard to get hold of now for a decent price
Best way is to search ebay for people breaking astras.
