Might of found a 260bhp LET, cars been in a front ender into the back of an arctic though. All i been told is the cars properly caved in and it will need a new oil cooler but a bit concerned that its been running without oil? What other damages could of occured in the accident?

Because chances are the C20LET is going to be a knackered thrashed piece of shit.
Z20LET is far superior, girdled bottom end, soldium filled valves, better oil flow.

http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=494726 Dont think a ZLET would really compete IMHO.

Im not wanting £6k Im not that much of a cunt. But in all honesty, any C20let now has done alot of mileage, and had much abuse. What ever he pays for one. I can garantee, put money on it, it will go wrong or will want to rebuild it for more power and will end up spending far more than what im wanting for mine. What may seem alot now, is pennies to what will be spent. Trust me.

You really know fuckall. C20XE's and C20LET's all came with sodium filled valves (shit as the heads can fall off them). Z20LET has a crank balancer setup that most remove for big power. Block deck is far more open on a Z20LET that can lead to block movement when running larger power.
Lack of tuning options for a Z20 (larger valves, etc) if you want to go for bigger power.
IMHO at the moment C20LET gets the nod, far more developed in the tuning world.

Damn GM for spending millions on developing modern engines and making them worse eh?
I'd rather have a modern engine with solidstate management that is likely to have some history. can be tweaked out of the box and be far more reliable than some old shagged out CLET for the same money.
But thats just me and I clearly know nothing about these fancy combustion engines.

I've had both C20let and Z20let
I had zero problems with my c20let and nothing but problems with my Z20let, hence the reason it's being removed.

Best thing about the Z20let
Crankshaft
FACT!!!
Thats it, turbo's, weak, rod's weak, pistons, pish, the laughable amount of sensors all over it, pish
Get a c20let, rebuilt it, and away you go.

Well all I can go on is what I know, and what I read really.
LEH engine is largely forged, but the crank is weak, so a lot of tuners will utilise the decent crank in the LET and use it in the LEH.
