It tells me to go into 'Phone Mode', so I do that and nothing. The SE Software doesn't find my phone. I can go into 'Transfer Mode' no bother and can send pics across, just not texts.
I want them off my phone so I can sell it. And some I want to keep, for sentimental reasons  So deleting them is the very last resort.
Any ideas?!

Erm, i was able to view my texts on a pc, sort them in order etc. and back them up. Pretty sure you could view them from a PC as well?
Just using SE PC suite

Try using MyPhoneExplorer as that does it, and usually works better than the SE PC Suite.
