the twats in carnoisseur posted down my new set of 17" ravia iv yestaday they packed them in 2s in boxes and had them faceing 1 & other(THEIR ALL MARKED )after waitin 4 weeks 4 them im realy pissed off.I rang them 2 tell them and he told me theirs nothing he can do about it is this true?

of course not, you have had faulty good delivered, get back on the phone to them. They fcuked up so you should have them collected from you and a new set sent, at their expence.

if they have offered to rectify it then im not sure on how you stand on getting new ones, like Paul_Spurrell said speak to CAB and thay will tell you your rights (for free..lol),
but it should all be at their expence, make sure you remember that.

repairing mm wheels is very difficult if you want an exact colour match  50-60 quid a wheel too!

jaffa i c u have the same wheels ever scuff them and get them repaired the marks r where the studs go in at the 4 highest points

if they will pick up the bill if you get them repaired, then go for that. But i would get this in writing saying how much they are willing to pay before you shell out, this way, you get the wheels on quicker and don't have to send them back.

Scuffed them and had them repaired, not at the point you are on about tho. You probably will still need the whole wheel painting and like I said before colour matching is very difficult on the mm wheels

carnoissuer are useless, my mate got 17's fitted to his 206, and he got them to pyt in a full suspension kit shocks and springs, they gave him the rong offset and the wheels are knocking off the shocks even wi 10mm spacers and they wont replace them!!! solicitors involved!!! NASTY!!!

ialso asked them 4 flush valve caps they werent fitted either just as well they didnt charge 4 them when i asked why werent fitted he gave me some bullshit storey about problems they were giving ill never go back their again

hey mate. we aint all useless. All branches are run seperate. I must admit thou, some branches are run as they should be and they think of the pound rather than the customer.
i for one am customer service friendly. Its all about the customer, cause at the end of the day, its him who pays my wages.

i did a search to see if i had missed any posts and this came up.
I read it but never paid any attention to the date. To be honest i am a bit shocked. It wasnt the shops fault, it would have been the supplier as most wheels come direct from the supplier. But who ever the branch was should have replaced the wheels at their expense and if head office found out this was going on there would have been blood spilled.

ok mate, keep your hair on. It has nothing to do with me. Since i have joined this forum quite a few people have ordered stuff from me, i have yet to have a complaint. All the goods i have in stock are sent next day delivery and those i dont are sent direct from the supplier on a next day carrier. If not in stock they are quoted a delivery time and i keep them informed on the arrival with phone calls or emails from time to time.
Im only 24 and i run my business exactly how i would expect to get treated.
