im think of selling my xe corsa show car... as looking for a wrx sti... i have had the car for 7 years now and over the last 2 years changed it to this.. it was a gsi before i did all the work to it... the mod list on the car is big... as spent near 12k on it..
lets start with the enigne.. 20xe redtop
induction kit
samco & rosse hoses on some parts
m-tec power cap
full enigne rebuild bout 2 years ago recipts
to back this up..
dyno print out for 160+ bhp
just had service
magncoor plug leads f20 gearbox + short shift
enigne mounts & anti rool bars all my m-tec..
so engine work has been done to a very high
standard in total bout 3lk cost
as u can see from the body work its mint... has
no rust on the car but the odd stone chips on
bumper... has 1 mark on the back bumper
but this will be sorted b4 sale...
has a big brake set up..
toad ai6o6 ant-jacking alarm..
the best bit of the car has to be the interior
people fall in love with it.. it makes the car
stand out from all the rest..
has metal floor plating the real thing..
cd player & mp3
infinitty shelve shelf
& will ave 2 subs & amps in b4 it goes..
now has clear rear lights on it &
single wiper..
had all the electric redone last year at a cost of
£800..
mot till jan 2010 & tax till 3-10

dont wanna burst ya bubble but if you wanna get anywhere near 4k i would get braking as looking at modded corsa on ebay ect i would estimate 1000-maybe1500 4k maybe if it was turbo`d/heavily tuned,n rear bumper changed,and absolute minter

Seats are the only thing of real value tbh!

Interior is very nice, must be worth something to someone!

elc windows make ur motor weight more and like the stamdard boot just in case u lock urself out as all delocked.. it made 165bhp on dyno so itsd pretty fast for a corsa... and it does not ave any rust or rot on it so its very mint..only few stone chips on front bumper... which can get done if u need too... and engine and car only ave 83000 on so its in pretty good nick.. for a car thats 15 years old..

Got to agree, not much chance of £4,000 for that car as it is!

Would get some money back splitting it like I did with mine last year!

Mine was sold at £4,250 but fell through and made alot more splitting it!

is what id be asking if it was my car.


£3500 is c20let money no1 will want to pay that for your car, and i cant see anyone buyin the shell as its full of filler and not to many peoples taste

Tbh, if you have a c20let who gives a fuck about weight? it's not going to make THAT much difference if it costs you 5mph. You can roll down the windows to the hunniez. lol
