Ash...the nearly done pic as as it is at the min. Its only the shower brackets which ive gotta make at work to support the shower screens to do. Regards the layout, the photo is took stood in the doorway, with the shower to your left and the sink and toilet infront of you.

by how much did you move the stud wall Matt? Does it affect the other bedroom size too much?
Why did you decide to get rid of the bath?

Moved the wall 200mm. cant say you notice it a great deal tbh. The spare room was always gonna be a single room.
I never have a bath so I decided to stick a decent shower in instead.

The way you've not lined the floor tiles up to the wall tiles would bug me, would of looked alot better if you had done that.
Edit: Just looked again and they arent the same size... would still bug me

JayM...yeah i see where you comin from but to walk in the room your eye isnt really drawn to the lines of the tiles.
Gregor...rough estimate looking around 1500-1800 quid i think. The item in the bathroom arent a complete suite. I just bit and bobbed from various places for the stuff i liked. Nah not a tradesman, just not scared at having a go myself.
