Reason;
I bought some Gsi Side Skirts of him (Cant remember exact date,But at least a 2 Months ago maybe more?)
I couldnt pick them up due to not having a running Car,So i said i would organise Delivery.TBF I did take a while to do this but eventally i did get round to it.
So i texted him Emailed him Etc and arranged a Date and he replied saying it was all ok.
So the time came for Collection And when the DHL Guy was susposed to Pick them up he didnt im not sure why he said something like his Mam had to go out to pick a child up or something like that.
He didnt tell me this until a few days later so as you could imagine i was well pissed but then texted him back to arrange Collection again and now he isnt Replying and basically ive been Done
Sorry for the Essay but i want to make it clear to people not to Deal with this Person.
I Apoligise if this is the wrong Section,I dont like to do this but i want to make people aware.
Hope this Helps people

The only reasonably and sensible thing to do is pay him back then this thread won't be needed.

Half the money you owe him the full amount if you haven't sent the items, be it your fault or not.

That's no reason to keep HIS money if you still have the items, mistakes happen, the right thing to do would be to give him the full amount back considering he has nothing and you have his money and the skirts which you can sell still.

I very much doubt you spent £20 texting him, just pay him his money back as you've not sold him anything. How did he pay you, cheque?cash?paypal?

Danny - I wasnt aware you could reclaim your money back but even if i was why should i?That would mean he has my money and skirts,Plus that's not the way it should of been sorted
But as you can tell from the date of my first post that this was a long time ago.I was pissed off at the time and thought why should he get away with scamming me Etc So hence the reason i posted this here.
To do this day i still havent recieved my money or skirts but i have moved on now and forgotten about it.....

You have 45 days to make a claim with PayPal. After that you can't do anything.
Why are you just giving up and letting it go now? You were prepared to pick them up origionally, so go do it or go collect your refund!
