1.6 16 sport engine, with performance cams exhaust manifold decat dbilas inlet manifold and a chip and remap is not going to see 150bhp is it?

surely to see this ammount of power your going to need bodies etc?

Probably not, but if the chip you refer to is a 3d mappable ecu, then it possible.

106 bhp to 150 from those mods is very optimistic. That kind of figure needs forced induction tbh. Bolt on mods like those will get 15-25bhp.

A few on here have made between 125-130 with just the inlet, 4-2-1, decat system and induction kit. But I'd expect to see between 135-140 with the cams and proper management.

he'll be right with you matey...there was not alot between my 1600 and my mates xe. he only began to pull away around 115 -120 on a carrageway.. you wont be leaving your mate easy if he does similar to what i had if his engine is healthy.

yea, i would say that he will be able to keep with you too. Eventually the F15 will limit sean, but he will stay with you up to 100 if it's all done proper.

I had 128bhp from a mantzel, ported head, modded airbox, cat back, janspeed 421 and a diablis chip (mainly just raised the rev limit)
