If you've done that all the other channels can't be working either then.

Setanta normally uses a different satellite from the rest of the channels so if the dish isn't alligned perfectly you get the described problems.

The thing I told you makes it use the same one as the rest of the channels and i've not heard a single case of it not working yet apart from yours.

I'm guessing you are doing it, then going to the normal setanta channel 431 or whatever it is intstead of the one you added.
