just wunderd how people cope with the exhaust rattling on axle mine is 60ml and rattles sometimes so must rattle on peoples cars thats 90/ 100 ml

Undo your exhaust clamp and rotate your exhaust then tighten the clamp again, shouldnt rattle then.

If its rattling on the rear beam at -60mm its going sat on the beam if you lower it -100mm as the beam will be even closer to the floor pan..

As HarrisP says, your exahust needs tweaking.

I don't understand how the car being lower to the floor will make the exhaust rattle more, unless its hitting it of course?

The exhaust passes inbetween the bottom of the car and the rear axle. when you lower it you rear axle gets closer to the bottom of the car, leaving less room for the exhaust.

With 2.5" system,

If the exhaust is fitted correctly it wont hit the axle

Tie rapping a rubber to the axle is just as difficult as it is to loosen the exhaust and twist it slightly.
