Hey up,
What programme would I need to enable me to turn a normal image into an image like the one on this t-shirt below? (the face part)
Someoe kindly did me one a while back, but i've got quite a few I need doing and would like to do them me sen rather than taking up someone elses time.

Ok, thats not worked, I think it needs to be more turning the picture into a sketch or drawing type image?
EDIT - Ignor that, just found some other stuff on there that has worked and will do for what I need it for.
