What I'm not clear on is that it says "they tricked the DVLA into transferring ownership to an alias and sending new log books to front addresses." - I thought it was only the registered keeper of the vehicle that can notify the DVLA of change of ownership, no?

Id love to put two penciles in a vice, with the led facing upwards....
....grab each one and place their faces just above the pencils and slowley press down on the back of their heads

My corsa was registered to my uncle and i signed it over two weeks ago to the bloke that i swapped the passat with.
so in theory these Immagrants that wanted to make money DIDN'T fool the DVLA.. they just knew what they could do to make money..
YES the cars were stolen + Yes i cant stand Immagrants coming to this country + fucking it all up for the rest of us... But give them some credit
Only my thoughts.
